Caller 1: Yes. I have a question about the new smartphone I bought. 嗯，我对于刚买的新型智能型手机有个疑问。
Tiffany: Sure, how can I help you? 好的，我可以怎么帮助您？
Caller 1: Well, sometimes it doesn't turn on when it should. And at other times, it will freeze while I'm using it.是这样的，有时候它会无法正常启动；而有的时候，我用一用它就当机了。
