(After the 18-hour flight, Tiffany walks into the hotel and feels very tired.) （在搭了18小时的飞机后，蒂芬妮走进旅馆，感到十分疲倦。）
Clerk: Hello miss, , are you checking into the hotel? 小姐您好，请问您是要办理住房登记吗？
Tiffany: Yes, I am. Uh oh, there's a problem though. 对，没错。噢喔…不过有些状况。
Clerk: What's the matter? 请问是什么状况呢？
Tiffany: I forgot to print out my online reservation. Sorry, I was in a rush when I left home. 我忘了打印我的在线订房数据。抱歉，我出门时太匆忙了。
Clerk: Don't worry about it, miss. May I have your name, please? 不必担心，小姐。能给我您的大名吗？
Tiffany: It's Tiffany Jones. 我叫蒂芬妮．琼斯。
Clerk: OK. Would you please tell me what days you booked the room for? 好的，能请您告诉我您住宿的日期吗？
Tiffany: From October 16 to October 21, so six days in total. 从10月16号到10月21号，共6天。
Clerk: What kind of room did you book for your stay? 请问您订的是哪一种房型？
Tiffany: A single room with a single bed and Internet access. 一间有单人床和网络的单人房。
Clerk: Great, I see your record here, but I need more detailed information. Did you use a credit card to make your reservation? 好极了，我看到您的订房纪录了，不过我还需要更多详细的信息。请问您是用信用卡预约订房的吗？
Tiffany: Yes, I did, and I have the card on me. You can use it if that helps. 对，我有带这张信用卡。如果能派得上用场的话，你可以拿去用看看。
Clerk: Alright miss, I have all the information I need, so it looks like you're all set. Here's your room key. 好的小姐，我已取得所有我需要的信息，看来一切都准备齐全了。这是您的房间钥匙。
Tiffany: Thanks. By the way, would it be OK if you set up a wakeup call for me at 7 a.m.? 谢谢。对了，如果可以的话，能否安排在早上七点时打电话提醒我起床呢？
