课文讲解
Miss Lee is the 7th grade teacher at AMC Junior High School. One day, she brought some treats for her class. She said to them, "I have treats for all the smart people in my class. So, if you are smart, please raise your hand." Miss Lee expected to see each student raise their hand. However, one student, Johnny, sat with his arms folded. Miss Lee was surprised and asked, "Johnny, why didn't you raise your hand?" He looked at her and said, "Teacher, I didn't want you to be the only one with your hand down."
