Creating Personal Messages with UPUP 举牌小人传递你的「心内话」

Lots of people copy and paste inspirational messages onto their Facebook pages or blogs. But why not make your own? The web application UPUP, designed by Taiwanese artist Haniboi, allows you to create unique, colorful messages in a flash.

许多人复制激励人心的信息并将它们贴在自己的脸书网页或是部落格，但何不创造属于自己的呢？由台湾艺术家李翰所设计的网页应用程序「UPUP举牌小人」让你可以在眨眼之间就创造出独特、色彩缤纷的讯息。

To use UPUP, all you have to do is type a short message into a box. As you enter words, an image is created below. For every letter you type, a friendly looking character appears and holds up a card with that letter on it. There are several background colors to choose from as well. Before you know it, you have a personal message that’s easy to share online.

使用UPUP时，你只需要在一个小框框内键入一则短讯，当输入文字的同时，举牌小人图像就会在下方出现，你每输入一个文字，一个看起来很友善的小人角色就会举着上面写有所输入文字的牌子出现，此外还有几种不同的背景颜色可以选择。在你尚未察觉之前，就已拥有一则可轻松在网络上分享的个人化讯息。

The little characters that spell out your message are fun to mix and match. They range from plain people with no hair to figures with interesting costumes, like cowboys, natives, and even horses and tree-people. UPUP’s creations are a cool combination of cute and artistic while remaining simple. Do you have something to say? Use UPUP and say it with style.
