The researchers measured the brain activity of ___3___ who were given a problem to solve. They discovered that when the subjects’ brains had strong gamma rhythms, which are brain ___4___ indicating the subject is ___5___ into one way of thinking, they often could not find a solution. Conversely, subjects ___6___ brain activity had strong alpha rhythms, which are a sign of an ___7___ mind in a relaxed state, seemed to solve problems more easily.

According to one of the researchers, these findings show that, “If there’s ___8___ attention, it somehow creates a mental fixation.” Therefore, if you remain relaxed, you’ll find that solutions will be more obvious than if you concentrate too ___9___. So take it easy, ___10__ your life will be full of “A-ha!” moments.
