In gyms around the world, people are ditching their dumbbells in favor of a piece of ancient Russian exercise equipment called a kettlebell. They look like cannonballs with handles on top, and they’re mainly used by swinging them from between your legs up into the air. It might look a bit strange, but working out with kettlebells is extremely ___1___.
