Today after school, my new classmate Jonny kept talking about Thanksgiving. Jonny thought he was so cool because he used to live in America. He said, "My family is ordering a turkey from America, and my mom will bake will bake three pies!"
今天放学后，我的新同学钱宁不断地跟我碎念感恩节的事。钱宁觉得自己非常地酷，因为他曾经住过美国。他说：「我们家将会订一只美国进口的火鸡，而且我妈会烤三个派！」
I rolled my eyes, "I don't think turkey tastes that great anyway." Jonny said, "You're just jealous!" I gave him the cold shoulder and said to Eddie, "Come on. Let's catch the bus home." Jonny waved, "Have fun riding the bus. My dad is picking me up in his new sports car!"
我忍不住翻了个白眼：「我才不觉得火鸡有那么好吃咧！」钱宁回答：「你只是嫉妒而已！」我转过身刻意忽视他，然后跟艾迪说：「走，我们去赶公交车回家吧！」钱宁挥挥手：「祝你们搭公交车愉快啦，我爸要开他全新的跑车来载我呢！」
