The next morning, someone said on the loudspeaker, "Mr. Zuckerman, please bring Wilbur to the judges' table!" Wilbur won an award for being an extraordinary pig! He returned to his pen and told Charlotte the great news. Charlotte smiled and said, "Congratulations. Now, Mr. Zuckerman will never kill you. But I have bad news. I'm going to die." The bad news broke Wilbur's heart. He said good-bye one last time to his best friend.
翌晨，有人透过扩音器广播：「萨克曼先生，请带着韦伯到评审桌！」韦伯因为身为一只奇猪而获奖。牠回到围栏处告知夏绿蒂这个好消息，夏绿蒂微笑说道：「恭喜你，现在萨克曼先生再也不会杀你了。但我有个坏消息：我即将离开人世。」这个噩耗让韦伯为之心碎，牠向牠的挚友道了最后一声「再见」。
Back at Mr. Zuckerman's barn, Wilburn looked at Charlotte's empty web. Although there were always new spiders, none of them could ever replace Charlotte in Wilburn's heart.
