Brian: The copy machine is broken again!? You’ve got to be kidding me!
Lilly: Calm down, Brian. Kicking the copy machine isn’t going to fix it.
Brian: Sorry I got upset, Lilly, but this is the third time this week the copy machine has stopped working. It’s unacceptable.
Lilly: I understand your frustration. My printer broke yesterday. At least your computer is fine, right?
Brian: No! My computer isn’t working either. It won’t even turn on.
Lilly: That must really interfere with your work.
Brian: I am so tired of dealing with these trivial things. How can I be productive when I have to spend most of my time trying to repair these busted machines?
Lilly: It is vexing, but it’s not as bad as you make it out to be. Next time something breaks down, just call Rick. He’s really good with computers.
Brian: Maybe you’re right. Thanks Lilly, I’ll try that.
Lilly: Where are you going now?
Brian: I’m going to get Rick to help me fix these electronic devices.

Free Yourself from Stress
Stress is the body’s reaction to change. Some stress is helpful for our well-being, such as the feeling we get when we want to do a better job. However, stress becomes harmful when it builds up. For example, having too much work can make us frustrated. When stress increases over time, it can lead to a number of physical and mental problems, like stomachaches or sleeping disorders. Stress is dangerous because it can be self-reinforcing. In other words, the symptoms of stress can cause more stress.
