John calls his friend Kara two hours before his first date with Eileen:  约翰在与女朋友艾琳第一次约会前两个小时打电话给朋友卡拉：

J: Hey, Kara it’s me. I’m in trouble! I still don’t know where to take Eileen on our date.

嘿，卡拉，是我啊。我有麻烦了！我要和艾琳约会，不晓得要带她去什么地方比较适合？

K: Okay, hold your horses. Let’s see … She’s a Capricorn, right? Appearances mean a lot to them, so how about a fancy dinner or a joint spa treatment?

原来如此，你且慢，让我想想…她是摩羯座的，对不对？这种人很重视外表排场，所以安排一顿豪华大餐或一起洗spa怎么样？

J: Those are great ideas, but I’m afraid my funds are a little low right now.

主意不错，不过我恐怕现在手头上有点紧。

K: That’s okay, because Capricorns are down-to-earth and don’t approve of frivolous spending. As long as you’ve put some thought into the date, she’ll appreciate it.

没关系，摩羯座的人很务实而且不赞同随便浪费。只要你的约会是真正有心，她会谅解的。

J: So I need to impress her, be innovative and stay within my limited budget? This sounds like more trouble than it’s worth.

K: That depends on you, doesn’t it? Capricorns are cool and reserved initially, but commit completely, if you’ve the patience to win one over.
