Imagine that everything around you is interesting – every person you notice, every object you see, every sound you hear, or every smell you detect; they all grab your attention. What if there are so many distractions, so many things competing for your attention that you can’t ___1___ any single activity for very long? You have trouble finishing assignments, concentrating throughout a long conversation, and maybe even ___2___ still. This is what life is like if you have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHA).

ADHD is often sneered at, and sufferers are regularly told that their problems are caused by ___3___ willpower. But this is far from being true.
